Edited and uploaded all imagery in optimal formatting for both phone and computer use for products, worn images and videos, new collections, and story telling inititatives.

Automated customer data collection, personalization, sourced, and connected apps for features like the Find A Store Map, pre-order Estimated Ship Dates, and Back In Stock notifications. Automated branding email flows for new customers to create stronger brand recognition and answer common questions.

AI Integration: Customer Behavior System & Road Representative Management:


I used Mipler to pull Shopify order history and incoming purchases into a live Google Sheet: every customer, every purchase, every touchpoint. Then I used OpenAI to write Google Apps Script formulas that automatically flagged behavioral patterns: what day and time they're most likely to buy, how long between orders, whether they respond to email or SMS, whether their purchase cadence had gone quiet.

That data fed into a custom CRM I built in Monday.com (connected through Make and Zapier) so our sales reps could see exactly who to prioritize and why, with AI-drafted outreach templates ready to go. No more reps gravitating toward their favorite clients. The system told them who needed attention and tracked the reps’ progress.

For the actual messaging I used Claude, because it writes the most naturally, and our emails needed to sound human.

Result: Increasing returning customer rate by 77%.


Problem solving through UX Design:

Customers kept telling us gold pieces looked smaller in real life than expected and the earrings, bigger. A conversion killer with no budget to reshoot all products!

I used AI to mine our Facebook and Instagram archives for existing worn shots, built an automated outreach flow for usage rights, resized, and uploaded two lifestyle images per product to display on hover in the webstore.

Result: 86% increase in webstore conversion rate. Size complaints and returns dropped.

Grew sales attributed to FB & IG by 454% and Google by 253% through pixel retargetting and lookalike audiences.

Website Re-Design & Maintenance

Experience managing, populating, and conduction maintenance on website for The San Diego Museum of Art. Collecting information from across departments to update and represent exhibitions virtually during the global pandemic. Collaborating with third parties to design new website features and populate app that corresponds with website and exhibitions.

Skills Demonstrated: Wordpress, website maintenance, English to Spanish translation, collection and analysis of data, website accessibility and readability

Experience re-designing and translating website to Spanish for the San Diego County-Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office.

Assist communications department with website re-design project, development, and implementation of information building to ensure the new pages are easier to read, interact with, optimized for use on smart devices, and convey information with a goal in serving the public.
