Packaging Design
Spearheaded custom packaging from initial design, manufacturer sourcing, through execution. Optimized budget to create packaging that stood out, pushed brand values, answered frequently asked questions, included polishing cloths, and bags to ensure proper care and elevate expensive pieces.
Packaging reduced frequently asked questions, ensured proper care by providing care items, increased UGC by promoting Instagramable unboxing moments, and streamlined returns through QR codes, automations, and online forms.
Packaging greatly reduced time packing orders as we designed several iterations of packaging for different shipping scenarios and ordered quantities using past data and projections (i.e. retail, wholesale, earrings vs threadless ends vs septums).
Worked with manufacturers to ensure all aspects of the packaging fit perfectly and matched the feel of high-value products. Created and packaged all digital design files (including all measurements to scale), demonstrated extensive printing knowledge.
